Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion: Everything Wrong With Modern Society

The internet has been paying close attention to a new celebrity power couple that has entered the sphere. We are still fresh off the craze around Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, but now our crumbling society has a new relationship to talk about. NBA star Klay Thompson and infamous female rapper, Megan Thee Stallion: a match made in hell.

There was a time when men took pride in the women they would be in a relationship with or marry. We would seek out women who are kind, empathetic, gentle, feminine, supportive, etc. Such women are an asset in a man's tough life. You would think that the most successful of men would aspire towards finding such women, but in modern society, things have become the opposite. 

Let’s just be honest, Megan Thee Stallion is an example of everything wrong with the world. She is a talentless woman who has made millions of dollars by being sexually provocative. Her rap lyrics are disgusting, pointless, and perverse. Yet we have thousands of young girls, mostly black, who listen and internalize this nonsense. Megan and all of her contemporaries, like Cardi B and Glorilla, are cancer to society and especially the black community.  

How an athlete and a person of Klay Thompson’s wealth and status can even stomach being seen publicly with a woman like Megan Thee Stallion is beyond me. First of all, this relationship has literally zero chance of going any sort of distance. But more importantly, where is the pride of men gone? Why would you tag along with a self-proclaimed ‘thot’ female rapper when you could get almost any woman you want? It’s absolutely insane, and now young fans of Klay and the NBA see this and think that this type of woman is desirable.

If it could get even worse, a video emerged today of a fan asking Klay Thompson about Tory Lanez. 

In case you have been living under a rock, Tory Lanez is a famous rapper who previously dated Megan Thee Stallion. Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for allegedly shooting Megan in the foot with a pistol. The case was a whole spectacle when it was being tried, with so many conflicting theories on what actually occurred, including Megan herself in the body-cam footage of the incident, claiming she wasn’t shot at all. The case regained a lot of attention after Tory Lanez was stabbed 14 times in prison on May 12th of this year, which he miraculously survived. Additionally, Lanez 's legal team has claimed that they have new evidence that proves that the real shooter was Megan’s friend, Kelsey Harris. The whole situation is a mess.

Regardless, now that Klay Thompson is with Megan Thee Stallion, he is now part of a strange circle. Thus, this guy, who is likely a Tory Lanez fan, asked Klay what he thinks about the situation. Rather embarrassingly, Klay tells the guy to get away and continues walking. This whole thing is hilarious given the fact that Klay actually has met Tory Lanez and was cool with him.

This is real. These pictures are from 2022, two years after the alleged shooting and while the trial was ongoing. These two were totally cool before, but now that Klay is with Megan, he acts like he never even knew Tory. This brings many questions to the forefront. The first being why in the world, as a man would he have entered this relationship knowing all of the public and private ‘reservations’ about Megan Thee Stallion? Obviously, the answer is for attention, so they can run around taking pictures with each other and be the new Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Another question is about loyalty itself. We don’t know how well Klay and Tory know each other, but to end up with the girl Tory was with and accuse him of shooting her is so odd. Klay would have known something about the situation but decided to advance with Megan anyway, another trait of the modern entertainer, swapping each other’s partners like candy.

Anyway, the more important question is what is going on with men as a whole, specifically these rich and famous athletes. The world has reached a level of degeneracy that we can’t recover from. Klay Thompson, a star athlete who once represented a dying breed: the stoic, quiet professional who lets his craft speak for itself, has somehow ended up in a relationship with Megan Thee Stallion, a degenerate, sexually provocative, crass, mentally unstable woman, whose claim to fame was being featured on Cardi B’s, WAP. We shouldn't have to explain why this relationship is a disaster, but somehow, most of society just watches on as if this is normal behavior and is totally ok. In reality, Klay is embarrassing himself, his family, and setting a horrendous example for any person who is following him and this relationship.
